We are growing a community of practice here in Waterloo Region. If you have a love of plants, respect for the land, and appreciation for community, we welcome you to join us.
Drop-in Learning Circle are safe spaces for connecting with medicinal herbs of various traditions, together, right in the garden!
We will be learning and growing our relationships with the plants by exploring with our senses. Come see, taste, touch, hear, smell and learn from the plants themselves! ​

Medicinal Herb Gardening Mentorships with Nikola offer an opportunity to connect with an experienced grower to help you consider, asses, design and decide on all aspects related to your garden or herb-farm. Nikola offers reflection and guidance using a permaculture design perspective that provide you with insight about how to grow in a way that's best for you and that takes care of the land. ​

Intro to Herbalism Program
This is the most comprehensive hands-on experience that we offer for the budding herbalist or herbal practitioner looking to deepen your direct working relationship with the plants.
Join us as we tend, harvest, taste, discuss and practice skills of herbal medicine, out on the land together. Together, we will move through the seasons, growing our confidence while stocking our medicine cabinet with remedies we've harvested and prepared ourselves. This program runs for 1 full-day each month from May-Oct.
